Energy saving machines equip big pipelines and valves, which allows lowpressure and big flow of steam while moulding. Enough steam can be supplied in an instant to reduce cycle time and provide excellent production condition.

The accurate control of steam pressure is a key factor of production efficiency.Currently, most of Chinese machinesaremade of small pipe & valves, thus high-pressure steaming has to be used.

Fully digital PID control to control energy consumption precisely. Multispots heating realizes most equal distribution of steam in the mold chamber. The steam chamber adopts unique thermal insulation material to realize mold cavities' insulation.

Vacuum cooling is used as main cooling instead  of water cooling. The purpose of this design is to keep the consumption reduced and water content of products at a low level. In the end, the vacuum cooling could achieve not only energy saving but also working efficiency.

Water mould cooling we can use high temp water and vacuum water we can adopt low temp one.

Air, we use high pressure air 6 bar to driven pneumatic valve movement, and low pressure less than 5 bar for demold.by this way, 70% compressor on and off reduced, we can save electricity bill 30~50%.
